A Brief History:
Located
on the south end of Columbia Heights in Washington, DC, the Majestic
became a Condominium Association in July 2004. The builder tore
down the insides of a building that previously stood
on the lot and rebuilt it from the insides. Only the
exterior brick wall and the stairwells remain from the previous
structure. It has thirty-eight charming units, complete with
Brazilian cherrywood floors and cabinets. One of its most notable
features
is the lighting that eminates from the building at night. The
Majestic has attracted owners ranging from young professionals new to
the city as well as some who have called the Washington, DC area home
for a few years.
